At a recent ceremony the Waterkloof Rotary Club’s Presidential Awards were granted by outgoing President Arina Palm, in the categories Community Service and Vocational Service. T he well-known soprano from Pretoria, Michelle Veenemans received the prestigious Vocational Award for her continuous collaboration with Rotary Waterkloof and for performing during charity events for underprivileged children. She was accompanied by her parents and fellow-musicians Paul Ferreira (piano) and Gerrit Koorsen (cello).
