Fitzwilliam String Quartet

To mark the birthday of SA composer Michael Blake in October, the legendary Fitzwilliam String Quartet (Britain) will give two concerts of his music, hosted by Domus at the University of Stellenbosch and the University of South Africa in Pretoria.

In Cape Town the Fitzwilliams will also record his first two quartets and piano quintet, with Michael Blake as pianist, for a new release in the Michael Blake Edition of CDs.
