The 14th Greyton Genadendal Classics for All Festival taking place from 25 to 27 May 2018 in the foothills of the Sonderend Mountains in the Overberg, will “come alive with the magical sounds of classical music” shortly.

One of the highlights of the Festival will be the recital on Friday, the 25th of May at 17:30, by American pianist Spencer Myer, former winner of the Unisa International Piano Competition 14 years ago; here seen below during the final round of the competition.

Spencer will perform Haydn’s Sonata in E major and Chopin’s Four Scherzi in the Greyton Moravian Church in Uitkyk Street.

All in all, complemented by a captive and appreciative audience, genius creators and a genius portrayed, will be weaving their magic! What more can one ask for?

Hats off to the Geniuses!
